For select operational roles, remuneration may be available depending on organisational projects and funding availability. Members may also have opportunities to engage in discussions and initiatives connected to international institutions and global policy platforms.

We collaborate with organisations, institutions, and individuals who believe youth should be part of decision-making, not just discussion

Roles Within the Organisation

Applicants may be considered for different roles depending on their experience, interests, and organisational needs.

Director Directors lead departments within the organisation and oversee the strategy, coordination, and activities of their respective teams.

Deputy Director

Deputy Directors support departmental leadership and assist in coordinating departmental initiatives and operations.

Officer (Core Team Member)

Officers work within departments to support research, initiatives, communications, and organisational activities.

Associate Member

Associate Members are permanent members of the organisation who contribute to discussions, initiatives, and collaborative projects without holding operational leadership roles.

Volunteer

Volunteers support organisational initiatives and activities on a flexible basis and may assist departments during projects, campaigns, or events.

Note: Final role assignment is determined based on the applicant’s CV, experience, leadership potential, and organisational requirements.
